4.0 on Google from 307 reviewsWhat's Greek-style pizza?
The New England pizza-house pie: dough pressed into a round steel pan with oil, and baked right in it.
The oil crisps the bottom golden while the middle stays soft. The cheese goes out to the rim and browns against the pan. Thicker than a New York slice, thinner than deep dish.
It's named for the Greek-American families who opened many of New England's pizza houses. Customers here call ours "old school Greek pizza".
